I am very excited to announce that Dr. Iris Cutler, DAHM, EAMP has joined Sound View Acupuncture! Iris is a graduate of the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine, where she received her Doctoral degree in 2019. In addition to the modalities of Chinese medicine, Iris has a particular interest in working with those who experience pain and anxiety.

Iris is taking appointments with both new and returning Sound View patients, beginning Tuesday, July 21st.

With Iris joining the practice, there will be significant changes coming to the website in the near future, to better reflect that there are now two of us!

In my practice of Chinese Medicine I strive to optimize the health and well-being of my patients so that they may lead fuller and more joyful lives. I believe that health and well-being can be achieved by means other than pharmaceuticals — with acupuncture and Chinese herbs, as well as through changes in lifestyle, diet, sleep, and exercise.

I practice Chinese medicine for the whole family, treating children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. In addition to my general practice, I have specialized training in autoimmune disorders, integrative oncology, and dermatology. I received my doctoral degree (Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine) with a focus on integrative oncology. My practice is in the West Seattle neighborhood of Seattle. I offer free 30-minute in-person consultations to give you the opportunity to meet me and learn what acupuncture and Chinese herbs can do for you.
